I can't open PilotControl from Spain
Last updated: October 25, 2026
On LaLiga match days, Spanish internet providers block Cloudflare addresses under a court order. Cloudflare is the security and delivery service PilotControl uses. While the block lasts, the website may keep loading without showing any error. Your account and automations keep working.
What is happening
LaLiga obtained a court order that makes Spanish providers block the addresses used to stream football without permission. Many of them belong to Cloudflare, which shares each address among thousands of legitimate websites.
When an address is blocked, every website on it goes down, PilotControl included. It is not a PilotControl or account problem: your data is safe and you do not need to change anything.
How to tell it is happening to you
- app.pilot0.app or control.pilot0.app keep loading and never show anything, not even an error.
- The same happens in a private window or another browser.
- You are in Spain on Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, DIGI or MásMóvil (or a brand using their networks), on fiber or mobile data.
- On another connection, such as mobile data from a provider in another country, the page opens fine.
What keeps working during the block
The block cuts the path between your connection and the website. Everything that runs on the server keeps going:
- Scheduled posts go out on time on every network.
- Comment and direct message bots keep replying.
- WhatsApp, its reminders and its bot keep working.
- Telegram notifications keep arriving.
- Claude (Claude Desktop too), ChatGPT and other MCP agents keep replying to comments and messages, creating drafts and scheduling: they connect from their own servers, not from your device. They can also upload videos available at a web link (Drive, Dropbox or similar).
- The desktop app keeps publishing from your computer.
What you cannot do without WARP or a VPN
- Open the PilotControl website (app.pilot0.app) or your account, plans and payments (control.pilot0.app).
- Upload a video stored on your computer, whether through the upload link in your browser or by asking Claude Desktop or another agent: that upload goes through your connection. Put it on a link first (Drive, Dropbox) and give it to the agent, or turn WARP on.
- Connect or reconnect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP agent: the authorization screen opens in your browser.
- If the desktop app asks you to verify your license, turn WARP on for a moment and try again.
How to get in anyway: Cloudflare WARP (free)
WARP is a free Cloudflare app that sends your connection through an encrypted tunnel. Your provider can no longer see which address you connect to, so the block does not reach you. Install it once and turn it on when you need it.
- Download the app for your device with the links below: “Cloudflare WARP” on Mac and Windows, “1.1.1.1” on iPhone, iPad and Android.
- Open it and accept the permissions it asks for: it installs a VPN on the device.
- Choose “WARP” mode. “1.1.1.1” mode only changes DNS and is not enough for this block.
- Turn the switch on until it says “Connected”.
- Reload app.pilot0.app and sign in as usual.
- When the match day is over you can turn it off, or leave it on if it does not bother you.
If WARP does not work: free Proton VPN
- Download Proton VPN from its official page: the free plan has no data limit.
- Create the free account and sign in to the app.
- Connect to a server outside Spain.
- Reload app.pilot0.app.
How long it lasts
It usually starts before weekend matches, and sometimes on weekday matches. It is usually lifted when the match day ends, but providers decide the timing and it can vary.

Still cannot get in?
Email soporte@pilot0.app with your provider, whether you tried WARP or a VPN and what you see on screen. Email is not affected by the block, so our reply will reach you.
